1. How are VKTRY Insoles customized for each athlete?
VKTRY Insoles are designed to be highly personalized based on age, body weight, and sport. Gold VKs come in 5 levels of flexibility because a bigger athlete needs more spring action than a smaller athlete

2. Do I need to remove the insoles that came with my shoes?
Yes, to have the space needed for the VKs and your feet to fit comfortably inside your shoes, we recommend you remove the factory insoles from the shoes.

3. Is there a break-in period to adjust to the insoles?
Yes, 3 - 5 light 30-minute training sessions on or off the court are recommended until there's no discomfort and you get used to the insoles. See our insert in the box for full break-in instructions

4. If I am on the border of a weight level, should I go up or down?
We usually recommend going down. Weight level is a big factor in determining baseplate flexibility. While a higher Pro Level may provide more spring, it’s important that you are able to comfortably flex your feet for the insoles to be effective.

5. I have plantar fasciitis - are these insoles a good choice?
These insoles designed with structured arch support, a stable heel cradle, and shock-absorbing cushioning to help redistribute pressure and soften impact on hard surfaces. Plantar fasciitis is often linked to repetitive strain on hard surface impact.
